What kind of documentation do I need to provide for my patient's EMC to be done?
Please include the initial report, latest SOAP note, X-Ray/MRI reports (if any), patient demographics, insurance policy, claim number, and photocopy of ID.
How quickly can I get a Telemedicine EMC scheduled for my patient?
Telemedicine EMCs can be scheduled 24-hours in advance. Our scheduling process is very easy and can be done online. Appointments can be made the same day if the scheduling permits.
How are the Telemedicine exams performed?
Telemedicine Exams are performed through Doxy.me. You can have your patient complete the apointment in your office or in the comfort of their own home.
Can you prescribe medication during the Telemedicine EMC?
Yes! Many times patients request muscle relaxers or medication to manage their pain and discomfort. We can prescribe many non-narcotic medications during an initial video EMC consult, or you may request a follow-up appointment for your patients at any time for their medication needs. Any follow-up visit will be billed using CPT code 99213. Medications are e-prescribed
How does my practice get set up for Telemedicine EMC?
To begin, simply complete the onboarding process to login to your portal. There is no additional software you or your patient will need to download.

Now more than ever, insurance companies are recognizing telemedicine examinations. A new section added into the Florida statutes Section 456.47, F.S. took effect on July 1, 2019, which made it easier for medical providers to offer telemedicine services
How do I schedule a On-Site EMC Visit
To reserve an On-Site timeslot please call 888-936-2362 ext 3. Each timeslot can range between 3-4 hours and you can schedule them once a week or once a month. Call for specific details.
