Complete the onboarding process using the “Physician Onboarding” button below.
The physician or a staff member must complete the onboarding form, not the patient.

You will receive an email from “ShareFile Support” with information to log in to your Physician Portal.
The Physician Portal is used to upload your patients records before an appointment and retrieve your patients EMC Determination after the appointment.

Schedule a telemedicine appointment for your patient!
The physician, staff member, or patient can schedule the appointment using the button below. Please make sure step 1 is done first.
